Automatic renewal
Slowtree Pro subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Monthly Pro renews monthly; Annual Pro renews yearly. The renewal amount is based on the plan and price shown at checkout, unless you are notified of a change where required by law.
30-day refund window
If Slowtree Pro is not useful for your family, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. Include the Google account email used for Slowtree and the purchase date if available.
After the 30-day refund request window, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law, Stripe rules, fraud review, chargeback status, or other payment provider requirements.
Cancellations
You can request cancellation support at [email protected]. To avoid an unwanted renewal, request cancellation before the next billing date and allow up to 24 hours for processing where possible.
When Stripe Managed Payments is fully configured, billing management may also be available through Stripe or Link. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund past charges unless the refund policy or applicable law requires it.
